I came in to Reliable Collision Body Shop on the 4th of July because the flooding had torn the under shield off my car yesterday. They reattached it in no time and sent me on my way to enjoy the day! I give them a 10 for efficiency, friendliness, and customer service& satisfaction!!!

It is an easy process from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and they are knowledgeable on how the whole process works from scheduling appointments to dropping off vehicle to getting estimates submitted to insurance.

These people are a joke. They have had my car over a month and yes I understand about the holiday being in between. I can’t get a definitive answer on when it will be ready. I also explained that they have had it so long that my insurance will no longer pay for a rental. Quinton told me that it wasn’t their fault that I brought it in around the holidays. I explained that I didn’t ask for someone to rear ended me around the holidays. Then I was told that it was impossible that my brakes were affected when I was rear ended and that it is normal wear and tear. I was told that I have NO brake pad only on one side. I let him know that I’ve had the car for about a year and there has been NO indication that there was NO brake pad on that side until after I was rear ended. The brakes haven’t made any type of noise that brakes normally make when the brake pads are going out. I do get the car maintenance done regularly. Then he said that CarMax doesn’t service their vehicles well before they sell them. He asked me if I bought the car new last year. He was clearly being sarcastic because the car is a 2018. This is horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone take a bicycle with a flat t
